By accessing or using Nikah Time — whether through our website or mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Nikah Time, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be Muslim or intending to convert to Islam
• You must be legally eligible to marry under the laws of your country
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You must verify your identity with a valid government-issued ID
• You must not already have an active account on the platform

User Conduct

All users are expected to conduct themselves with respect, honesty, and in accordance with Islamic values. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Treat all other users with dignity and respect
• Communicate only with the intention of finding a halal life partner
• Involve a Wali or family member in the process as per Islamic guidance
• Report any suspicious, inappropriate, or fraudulent activity immediately
• Keep all private conversations confidential
• Not misrepresent yourself or your intentions to other members

Profile Guidelines

Your profile represents you on our platform. The following guidelines must be followed:

• Profile photos must be recent, clear, and modest
• Profile information must be accurate and up to date
• No offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content is permitted
• Contact details such as phone numbers must not be shared publicly on your profile
• Profiles created on behalf of another person must have their full consent

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members
• Sharing inappropriate or explicit content of any kind
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or damage our systems
• Impersonating another person or organization
• Using the platform for any non-matrimonial purpose

Account Termination

Nikah Time reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms. You may also delete your own account at any time through your account settings.

• Accounts reported for abuse will be investigated and may be suspended
• Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban
• Upon termination, all your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You may appeal a termination decision by contacting our support team

Limitation of Liability

Nikah Time provides a platform for Muslims to connect for matrimonial purposes. While we take every step to ensure safety and authenticity, we cannot guarantee outcomes.

• We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of individual users
• We do not guarantee that any match will result in a successful marriage
• We are not liable for any loss or harm arising from user interactions
• We recommend always meeting potential matches in a safe, family-supervised setting

Changes to Terms

Nikah Time may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
